There is an acute shortage of skilled workers in Germany, especially among qualified nursing staff. Temporary workers are expensive and hardly alleviate the great need. Abroad, on the other hand, there are a large number of qualified specialists available who are ready to do a good job according to ethical principles, to make the long journey to Germany and to stay for the long term.
We support German hospitals and care facilities in procuring certified and German-speaking health care workers such as nurses from Asia. Our focus lies on the direct sourcing of skilled workers in China and Indonesia. We work directly with local universities in order to recruit specialists during their studies and to prepare them for their subsequent stay in Germany. Before entering the country, the health care workers are registered and their language skills are at least B1 level. The selection of nurses is based on performance and willingness to perform, qualification (exam grade) and language skills.
Our mission is to give German hospitals and care centers access to qualified health care providers from Asia at a reasonable price. In order to make the professional and private entry into Germany as easy as possible for the nursing staff and thus also to provide friendly and reliable staff to German institutions such as hospitals, nursing homes and old people’s homes, we accompany the entire integration process, from recruiting abroad to starting work in Germany.
Our competent team looks after language training, intercultural competence development, immigration processes, the recognition process, accommodation, drafting contracts and personal integration in Germany. Our diverse network contacts strengthen our professional activity.

Minimum requirement profile of a nurse from Asia
- Completed training as a health care worker (Bachelor or similar)
- At least 6 months of practical experience
- Job-related language skills at B1 level according to the European Framework of Reference with certificate examination
- Intercultural training for Germany
- Balanced personality profile
Our selection process in brief
- Advertising and marketing at the universities in the countries of origin by our partners and local universities.
- Review of candidate documents and selection of suitable candidates.
- Presentation of the German facilities as well as contractual agreement with German facilities to take over the health care workers.
- Virtual get-to-know meeting between candidates and German institutions for initial questions and testing of German language skills.
- German health care institutions deciding for certain candidates.
WHO WE ARE
Ms. Merz-Fischer is a qualified translator for Chinese and Indonesian (University diploma) . Additionally, she has the certification as an intercultural trainer. Ms. Merz-Fischer lived and worked in Asia for almost 10 years. She taught German as a foreign language.
Mr. Fischer has many years of experience in the area of personnel requirements in hospitals, nursing homes and retirement homes.
In 2019, under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Chinese government, he was on a delegation trip to China to further expand our local projects.
